Training Class: Project Management Overview for Managers

This course is designed to provide an overview on the project management key steps and deliverables.  Managers will hear about / discuss: Why projects fail, the PM role, value of project management, stakeholder / sponsor role, scope and approach definition, project plan, kick-off, schedules, monitor and controlling a project, key design and deployment phases, and properly closing a project.

This is a full two hour session that will help each manager better support / guide their team members that are working on small or more complex projects.

Managers receive course material booklet with a Project Management Glossary.  Project Management Professionals (PMP)® receive 2 PDUs for the completion of this course.

PMP is a registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.
